This is a unique print, no others will be made. 24 X 14.5 inches with an additional 2” white border. Complete dimensions are 28 X 18.5 inches. Signed and dated, with a print-number (1/1), on the border.
THE STORY BEHIND THE IMAGE:
The New City collection is a playful reimagining of urban architecture, verticality, and density. “Delight” started as a nighttime photo of buildings in the Crossroads Arts District of Kansas City. The image was intentionally distorted and recolored using a progression of digital applications, employed randomly until I arrived at a result I liked. The end result reminds me of the area’s industrial past.
