Captured in June of 2019 at the Lincoln Memorial and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., these images inspired an attempt to speak about freedom, equality, sacrifice, death, and justice during a time when every American has been forced to re-examine what a free country must withstand...and stand for.
